REVIEW: Clinique Long Last Lipstick - 'Blushing Nude'

I'm so excited to do a review on this Clinique Long Last Lipstick in Blushing Nude that I just discovered in my collection yesterday. I know I've only used it for 2 days, but I could not wait to share with you about this majestic product!

To be honest, when I first saw this in my collection, I wasn't really impressed with its colour. But, when I tried it on, I was amazed with how incredibly smooth it applied, it felt just like butter on my lips only without any stickiness at all! I just could not describe enough how soft and smooth it made my lips felt!
The reason I didn't like the colour when I first saw it was because I thought it was a bit dead and dreary. However, when I swiped it on my lips, I was super impressed with its excellent pigmentation and as well as the colour itself. It's a dark nude colour with a tint of rose going through which I thought it looked absolutely beautiful as an everyday natural lip colour to wear.I love it so much as it as it makes my lips look fuller and better. This lipstick is more on a matte side but it's still moisturising and plus, the consistency is very long lasting, which is always very convenient.

Unfortunately, this product is no longer available to purchase anymore. However, there is now a new line of the Clinique Long Last Lipsticks with updated packaging and more stunning colours, which you can always check out from the link below!

My Current Favourite Bag by Jane Shilton

I purchased this bag back in April at Tkmaxx on sale for £18.99, I was really impressed with how cheap it was compared to its original price. At that time, I was looking for a small but a spacious cross body bag that I could wear with basically everything. When I saw this bag at TKMaxx, I instantly fell in love with it!

As you can see, this bag is designed with light brown faux leather and dark navy fabric, accessorized with gold features that add a gorgeous finishing touch to this bag. I love its colour co-ordination as it's neutral but still has a pop of colour which pretty much goes with everything I wear!

Personally, this bag is very handy and versatile for me to carry all day due to its perfect size and spaciousness, I can fit my purse, my glasses case, my sunglasses and my phone all in there without any fuss. Plus, I can even fit more items into its pocket at the front, pocket at the back and the other one on the inside. Also, you can adjust its strap to your preferred length to suit your height and satisfaction.

Overall, the whole design of this bag is extremely convenient for everyone to wear on a casual day out and as well as a stunning finishing touch to your outfit!

REVIEW: Garnier Daily Energising Gel Wash + Garnier Moisture Match illuminating light lotion

Hi everyone, today I want to share with you guys my current favourite facial wash and moisturiser!

This is the Garnier Pure Active Fruit Energy Daily Energising Gel Wash that I purchased about a month ago. I was very excited about trying it out and after trying it out for a month, I can promise you that this facial wash will send you to cloud nine if you want to have a fresh, awakened face in the morning! This facial wash is supposed to awaken your skin as it contains extracts of grapefruit and pomegranate which can really freshen up your dead, dreary skin in the morning, and yet deep cleanse your skin everyday. Also, I recommend using it if you have combination/oily skin prone or imperfections, because I find that it can really cleanse out your pores thoroughly and gets all the nasty junk out of your face. Personally, I use it every morning after I wake up and every night before I go to bed, I know even though this is an energising facial wash, but I find that it gives me a soft fresh feeling that settles me down before I sleep, which sometimes can be kind of relaxing.

This is the new Garnier Moisture Match Illuminating Light lotion. The reason why I was really tempted to try it out is because this line has many other different versions to choose from depending on your skin type and what you prefer, which I think it's very convenient for everyone. The one I picked is the illuminating light lotion for normal skin. I think that this has to be my new favourite moisturiser and I find that it works especially well with the Garnier facial wash. Whenever I apply it on my face after I cleanse my face, my face becomes instantly soft and silky. Obviously, it doesn't give me a fluorescent, shimmering look like a disco ball, but I can definitely tell that it's gives me this very faint radiance on my face, making me look awakened and refreshed, I can definitely see a difference. Plus, this contains SPF 20 which is perfect for the hot summertime as it protects your skin at the same time! Which is always a bonus, right?! The only con about it is that it's £6 for a small 50ml tube, which is kind of pricey for a such small container.

The other types that comes in this line are:
Shine Be Gone Mattifying Fresh  Cream for combination to oily skin
Goodbye Dry Ultra-Hydrating Cream for dry to very dry skin
Start A Fresh Light Softening Cream for normal to dry skin
Wake Me Up Revitalising Hydrating Gel for dull skin

REVIEW: Bourjois So Perfect Correcting Base Coat

Today, I'm reviewing the Bourjois So Perfect Base Coat! The reason I'm reviewing this is because I just want to share with you guys my beloved base coat! As you know, base coats are used on your nails before applying nail polish to prevent nail staining, and this has became one of my nail essentials since I first bought it!

It claims to be anti-yellowing and a 2x smoother base. Throughout almost a year of trying this base coat out, I can safely say that it's a very promising claim. I find that it does not only provides a smoother base for my manicure, also quite interestingly, it somehow keeps my manicure last even longer! So, here's a little tip if you ever struggle with nail chipping! :)

Plus, this has a pretty decent price of £5.99 at the drugstore for a such awesome product!

So, if you're looking for the perfect base coat for you to use, this one is definitely an excellent option in the drugstore!
